Web Check® is our secure, state-of-the-art Case Control
System. Once in, you can access a wealth of information
about your claim including:
- Review live, real time, remarks
section updating the status of your claim

within your case profile directly to any one of
our staff members
- Direct e-mail link to the last employee
who worked on your claim
- View the next diary date and
task(s) to be performed on your case
